Period 2 and 3 9/5/2006 and period 6 9/6/2006
Hi class
A few things:
1) Homework due next class (9/7/2006 for period 2 and 3 and 9/8/2006 for period 6) is to read 68-72 and do problems 17, 18, 19, 21, 23, 26, and 27 on page 83.
2) Symposium- I need your thesis statements, even if you are doing the same project in Ms. Virkus' class.
3) All late work is due by Friday 9/8/2006. No exceptions. It is better to turn in work and lose points than to have a zero.
4) Extra credit opportunity- In one no less than 1 page, double spaced, explain to me how diamond and graphite differ structurally, and how this difference gives each substance its characteristic property (I am looking for a specific property). This is due on Friday 9/8/2006.
